FIELD: coating.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a method for chemical treatment and electroplating of parts and to an automatic chamber for chemical treatment and electroplating of parts by said method. In the method, the parts are loaded into baths placed in a sealed chamber, and process operations are executed when the parts are submerged in the corresponding solution bubbled with an inert gas. Prior to all operations, the air is displaced from the chamber by the inert gas, ensuring simultaneous full binding of the atmospheric oxygen residues in the chamber when a heated solution of alkali metal sulphites is supplied by rain, and the deoxygenated inert gas is circulated by being pumped from said chamber and returned to the baths for bubbling, wherein the pressure in the chamber is maintained at the level of pressure outside of the chamber by replenishing the leakage of inert gas from the chamber. All operations are executed in the baths without transferring parts while consecutively replacing the solutions by supplying into the baths and separately pouring out into deep cleaning and adjustment equipment using liquid switching units based on electromagnetic valves controlled by a controller. The electroplating solutions are supplied into the baths fully purified from sludge, including submicronic sludge, adjusted by composition, density, acidity coefficient, and temperature.
EFFECT: group of inventions is aimed at enhancing the quality and expanding the functional capabilities of chemical treatment and electroplating of parts, and provides corrosion-resistant coatings on the surface of parts with a reduction in the metal consumption and size of the equipment.
