FIELD: heat exchange equipment, applicable in production of heat exchangers of atmospheric air liquefiers of hydrogen-burning engines, aircraft, and ground gas-turbine sets, in cryogenics. SUBSTANCE: the heat exchanger uses sections with inlet and outlet connections, tubular heat exchange elements, whose ends are installed in the bottoms placed in manifolds; through ducts are made in the bottoms between the ends of the heat exchange elements. The heat exchanger bottom has the shape of a hexahedron, that is a component of a cellular matrix, which ensures the most tight packing. Use is made of tubular heat-exchange elements with screw ducts made on the outer surface at a slope of 45 deg. to the axis, which form equidistant protrusions on the tube inner surface. The inlet and outlet connections are located perpendicularly to the longitudinal axis of the tubular heat exchange elements; they have the shape of a wing in cross-section, which at a passage of flow of working medium (for example, air) allows them to participate in creation of lift. The inlet and outlet connections have a ribbed surface, which facilitates intensification of heat exchange and provides for strength characteristics. EFFECT: reduced mass of heat exchanger with provision of flow-counterflow principle at wide variation of power. 6 cl, 3 dwg
