FIELD: heat-exchanging equipment. SUBSTANCE: tube stack has supply and discharge tubes whose ends are located respectively in upper and lower bottoms defining supply and discharge collectors. Discharge tubes are arranged around supply tubes so as to form modules. Supply tube outlet part of each module is connected to discharge tube inlet part. Accumulating collector is formed as profiled tip mounted on the end of each module. Each module has spacer ribs on its surface. Heat-exchanging fins are formed on tubes. Tube stack may be used in high and low pressure heat-exchanging units. EFFECT: reduced hydraulic resistance, intensified heat-exchange and increased efficiency. 4 cl, 3 dwg
