SUBSTANCE: heat exchanger has internal and external cylindrical shells coaxially mounted in annular spaced relation to form spaces for working medium as well as discharge manifolds with branch pipes and additional shells that form additional spaces and are pylon-mounted in heat exchanger; pylons are provided with working medium inlet and outlet ducts; additional spaces are intercommunicating through holes provided in additional shell.
