FIELD: message transmission equipment. SUBSTANCE: device has plurality of distributed transmitters for message transmission. Each transmitter can run transmission in first modulation mode, for example, frequency modulation for first piece of transmitted data with address information, and in second transmission mode, for example, orthogonal frequency compression for second piece of transmitted data with message data, which are arranged in frames. Address information contains data about message characteristics, which determine given rate of frame transmission. Second piece of transmitted data contains frame data which represent time sequence of data bits with given frame transmission rate. It provides several carrier frequencies which represent time sequence of data bits in frequency region. Value of given rate of frame transmission is equal to character transmission rate. User set has circuits for reception and demodulation of both modulation formats. EFFECT: increased speed of data transmission. 10 cl, 6 dwg
