SUBSTANCE: shielding member is designed to improve electric and electronic compatibility of functional units surrounded at least partially by electricity conducting shielding walls of case or incorporating wiring boards having electricity conducting shielding sections. Shielding member forms intermediate member as packing and conducting cover for such sections whose length is large compared with its cross-sectional area; for example, it is made as contour packing; practically stiff carrying member has at least one compressive or flexible layer of conducting material applied to one of its longitudinal external surfaces.
