FIELD: liquid food dehydration; chemistry, pharmacology, microbiology, and agriculture. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has porous tubular casing accommodating cleaner which is mounted for reciprocal motion. Semi-transparent membrane is placed on surface backing inside casing; conical unions are mounted on casing ends and connected to valves; they are joined together through pipe. End portions of cleaner follow configuration of inner surfaces of unions and its middle part has depression whose end surface is shaped as truncated cone; in its longitudinal section cleaner is mirror-image of arrow.
