CAVITATION-OZONE MEMBRANE UNIT Russian patent published in 2021 - IPC B01D63/06 B01D63/16 C01B13/02 C01B13/10

Abstract RU 2758389 C1

FIELD: separation of liquids.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of separation of suspensions for industrial, agricultural and household purposes and can be used in various branches of industry. The cavitation membrane apparatus comprises a frame with a semi-permeable membrane, a purification element installed inside the frame, configured to perform reciprocating motion. The frame is made in the form of a confuser and two diffusers, arranged consecutively, wherein the last diffuser is made in the form of a metal-ceramic semi-permeable membrane and has a smaller angle of inclination relative to the previous diffuser. The purification element is located in the diffuser part of the frame and constitutes a series of consecutively arranged conical or domed cavitators increasing in the direction of movement of the flow and interconnected by springs. The larger base of the cavitators is directed towards the exit from the membrane apparatus.

EFFECT: invention provides an increase in the efficiency of liquid separation by increasing the force of impact on the near-membrane highly concentrated layer of the product, the degree of turbulence formation in the flow while increasing the concentration of dry substances in the solution and increasing the viscosity thereof, as well as an expansion in the area of application, increase in the force of impact on the near-membrane highly concentrated layer of the product in order to use said layer for the processes of emulsification, dispersion and homogenisation.
