FIELD: separation of solutions by methods of ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis. SUBSTANCE: the invention presents the membrane apparatus used in the fields of separation of solutions with the help of methods of ultrafiltration and hyperfiltration. The body of the membrane apparatus includes: a cylindrical course; the tapered perforated bottom coated with a draining material and the semipermeable membrane applied on it; the withdrawal and supply branch-pipes. The hollow filter member coated with a draining material and the semipermeable membrane applied on it is mounted in parallel to a generatrix of the tapered perforated bottom of the body with a capability to rotate. The reinforced elastic hose pipe is connected fixed on the one side end of the hollow shaft of the filter member, and on the other side it is linked with the branch pipes of the filtrate withdrawal and supply of the initial solution. On the inner surface of the cylindrical course of the body along the perimeter there is a guide, contacting with a roller installed on the hollow shaft of the filter member. The filter member is made in the form of a spiral and encased in a jacket with tangentially located holes. The cavity of the spiral is in series connected by pipes of a manifold with a cavity of a reinforced elastic hose pipe and with the filtrate withdrawal branch-pipe.
