FIELD: chemical industry. SUBSTANCE: continuous method of gas phase polymerization of one or more olefins CH2= CHR, wherein R is hydrogen, alkyl, cycloalkyl or aryl, is carried out in one or more fluidized bed reactors having polymerization zone and reduced gas rate zone disposed above bed. Fluidized bed reactor is connected with recycle gas line which comprises at least compressor and at least cooling device which are intended to compress and cool gas glowing from reactor top and once again fed into reactor to point below reaction zone. Fresh monomer or monomers are fed directly into fluidized bed reactor in one or more points disposed above fluidized bed. Method is continuous and in this case problems of contamination and clogging of pipelines and equipment which occur when monomer is fed into recycle line, are solved.
