FIELD: chemical industry. SUBSTANCE: method comprises mixing compounds such as drying oil binder, pigment, filler and siccative in ball mill. Filler and pigment are first charged into ball mill at ball charge to mill volume of 0.5-0.55, triturated at 30-6 rpm to homogeneous state drying oil is charged in amount of 70% based on total formulation amount and once again triturated to 100 mcm, remaining amount of drying oil and siccative are added, triturated to 80 mcm, and total mill filling coefficient should not exceed 0.7, ratios of components being as follows, wt %: drying oil, 39-44; pigment, 13-25; siccative, 0.01-0.6; and the filler balance.
