FIELD: chemical industry. SUBSTANCE: described is method of preparing antiice coating liquid composition which comprises preparation of aqueous solution of potassium acetate at temperature not lower than 20 C and subsequent dissolution of water-soluble addition agents therein. Aqueous solution of potassium acetate is prepared by mixing aqueous solutions of acetic acid, potassium hydroxide and potash to pH of 8-10 of medium. Addition agents include sodium benzoate trisodium phosphate and glycerol in the following amounts, gram per liter of aqueous solution of sodium acetate; sodium benzoate 2-8; trisodium phosphate, 1-5; and glycerol, 0.5-3. EFFECT: preparation of ecologically safe composition without using additional heat supply sources during cold period of the year. 1 tbl
