FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemical industry, particularly to an anti-icing composition. Described is an anti-icing composition in the form of a solid loose material, containing an alkali metal salt of an organic low-molecular acid, sodium acetate and a process additive which contains sodium and/or potassium formate as said salt, sodium trihydrate as sodium acetate, with the following ratio of components, wt. %: sodium and/or potassium formate 5.0–40.0, process additive not more than 3.5, sodium acetate trihydrate is the rest.
EFFECT: technical result is reduction of hygroscopicity, caking of end product, wider temperature range of use, wherein composition is environmentally safe, has no irritant smell, has low corrosion activity relative to metals and concrete.
