PLANT FOR PROPORTIONING SUPPLY OF CHEMICAL AGENT TO CLUSTER WELLS AND CHEMICAL AGENT PROPORTIONER Russian patent published in 1999 - IPC

FIELD: oil and gas producing industry, particularly, plants for proportioning supply of chemical agents to wells. SUBSTANCE: plant has vessel for chemical agent and pump with hydraulic distributor. Pump is connected with wells by means of pipelines. Proportioners on wellhead equipment have cylinder and stepped spring-loaded piston whose motion is restricted by adjustable stop. Axial channel of piston interconnects driving and proportioning chambers. With hydraulic distributor engaged, chemical reagent enters driving chamber, piston assumes extreme position. Hydraulic distributor is switched over and dose of chemical agent enters proportioning chamber through check valve. Piston overcoming spring force of discharge valve, displaces chemical agent into well. Monitoring and control are carried out from control panel. EFFECT: higher reliability of operation, reduced maintenance costs, provided convenience and safety in servicing and automatic monitoring. 3 cl, 2 dwg
