FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: inventions group relates to the field of mining, in particular to devices for preventing or reducing deposits of wax or similar substances on downhole pumping equipment of wells. The device in the first version contains a plunger pump with a working chamber communicating with a tube during the suction of a chemical reagent, placed in a container made with flow channels in the side wall, both at the top and at the bottom of the container, and a well when pumping through metering nozzles with injection valves, a drive solenoid and a telemechanical control system (TCS) unit, connected by an electric power cable to the plunger pump and connected by a branch pipe. The plunger pump communicates with the working cavity through the throat and the channel with the inlet valve, and is connected by the plunger to the solenoid rod. The device in the second version contains a plunger pump with a working chamber communicating with the well through metering nozzles made with injection valves, a pump drive with a TCS unit and a tubular container, divided by a float piston into two chambers. The upper chamber is filled with a chemical and communicates with the working chamber through a channel with a suction valve. The lower chamber is made with a flow channel in the bottom of the tubular container, filled with borehole fluid for squeezing out the chemical from the upper chamber into the working chamber using a float piston when the chemical is sucked in by a plunger pump, the plunger of which is connected to the drive rod of the solenoid electrically connected to the TCS unit by an electric power cable, the connected branch pipe with the plunger pump housing. A shoe is attached to the bottom of the tubular container with the possibility of abutting the dispenser against the bottom of the well, made with radial flow channels communicating with the flow channel in the bottom of the tubular container.
EFFECT: invention improves quality of well fluid treatment, prevents or reduces deposits on downhole pumping equipment.
