FIELD: oil producing industry, particularly, operation of wells provided with pumps; applicable in recovery of oils with high content of paraffins. SUBSTANCE: method of well operation is realized in the following sequence: lowering of pump with location of its inlet for dynamic level of fluid in depth interval in which pressure at pump inlet is below critical value of main gas components of recovered fluid, but not lower than 3.0 Mpa. Fluid is pumped out simultaneously with gas withdrawal from annular space. EFFECT: higher efficiency of well operation due to prevention of paraffin deposition in oil field equipment and preservation of optimal operation of pump, excluded expenditures for acquisition and delivery of chemical reagents for well washing and losses resulted from downtime. 1 ex
