FIELD: oil industry.
SUBSTANCE: method includes raising oil from well face to surface through tubing string and increasing pressure in extracted oil during its raising through tubing string. From face of well, selected for operation, a sample of oil is taken and value of pressure, at which asphalt-resin-paraffin precipitations crystallization begins, is determined. Pressure in extracted oil during its raising through tubing string is increased to value, exceeding crystallization pressure value and this value is maintained in extracted oil during whole time of oil raising from well face to surface through tubing string. For this oil feed into output line of well mouth circling system is concurrently and continuously controlled. During stops of well operation during whole period of stoppage pressure in extracted oil in tubing string is maintained. Device has tubing string, lowered into well. Upper end of tubing string through circling system of well mouth is connected to output line. Pressure increase assembly for extracted oil during its raising through tubing string is made in form of flow valve assembly. Valve assembly body has inlet channel, connected to output line. In inner hollow of body a valve is placed for closing inlet channel from inside the body and resilient element for pressing the valve. Cross-section areas of inlet and output channels and value of pressure of resilient element are made dependent on each other. Output line is provided with connecting pipe chamber. Flow valve assembly is mounted in connecting pipe chamber. Resilient element is made in form of a spring, mounted with possible adjustment of its compression by screw, screwed as plug from outer end of body into inner hollow of body from the end, opposite to valve location.
EFFECT: higher efficiency, higher oil yield, simplified operation, lower costs.
