FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: gear includes upper and lower plates joined by means of columns, driving mechanism and dynamometer. It is fitted with upper and lower rollers fixed in columns, sleeve located in upper plate, sleeve bottom has central hole accommodating tested member, threaded bushing and pivot and thrust bearing with spherical surface positioned in lower plate. Side surface of sleeve has through vertical ports and through vertical grooves located beneath them and perpendicular to them through which upper roller is passed. Threaded bushing has vertical grooves through which lower roller is passed. Pivot has spherical surface contacting spherical surface of thrust bearing that is mounted for displacement relative to vertical axis. Driving mechanism is manufactured in the form of differential screw which one end is connected to pivot and which other end is screwed into threaded bushing. Dynamometer is connected with one end to sleeve and with other end-to threaded bushing. EFFECT: simplified design and increased handling convenience. 1 dwg
