FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: ultrasonic radiation is used to measure flow rate by certain directions in definite angles relative to central axis of pipe-line. Dependence of flow rate on angle is found. Similar dependencies are computed by Salami equations describing various real profiles of flow and Salami equation corresponding to profile of flow rate of liquid in tested section, nearest to obtained dependence is found as result of comparison of obtained and computed dependencies. EFFECT: increased accuracy of measurement of flow rate of liquid under conditions of absence of extended straight-line section of pipe- line. 2 dwg
