FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves placing a patient in prone position, making incision in the middle part of the crus on its back surface 2 cm medial with respect to the median line. Endoscopic instruments are introduced through the incision. Perforated veins of medial, posterior and lateral group are subfascially coagulated and intersected. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; accelerated recovery from trophic disorders; prevented recurrence.
