FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves taking one or two blood samples at 20-34 weeks pregnancy period with 10-12 weeks interval from pregnant women depending on their physical state, concomitant pathologies available, supposed surgical intervention type, hemostasis indices. Preliminary infusion preparation with crystalloid solution being done in the amount of blood volume planned for being taken, the autoblood is collected into plastic containers in the amount of 450 ml to be subjected to fractionation into erythrocytes and plasma. The erythrocytes and plasma of autodonor are frozen according to some existing method and stored in frozen state in a separate refrigerator until it is not required by a hospital. Erythrocytes are stored 5 years long, plasma up to one year long. EFFECT: reduced risk of posttransfusion complications.
