FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to obstetrics and gynaecology, and can be used for treating severe vomiting of pregnant women. Before plasmapheresis, 800 ml of crystalloid solution and 3,000 units of heparin are introduced intravenously. A plasmapheresis apparatus is connected; the volume of plasma exfusion is 20-25% of the VCP. At the end of plasmapheresis, a crystalloid solution is introduced in volume of 1,000 ml.
EFFECT: method increases the effectiveness of treating severe vomiting in pregnant women, improves the general condition of the patients and reduces the length of hospitalization, enables to arrest the manifestations of endogenous intoxication syndrome, which leads to a decrease in the laboratory values of the disease, such as the level of lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), activity of aminotransferases (ALAT, ASAT), as well as reducing the level of bilirubin due to the plasmapheresis regimen adapted for pregnant women.
