FIELD: liquid metering. SUBSTANCE: invention is applicable to correction of temperature-dependent error during metering of liquids. In agreement with invention metering is conducted with the use of two chambers interconnected by means of gas conduit. First chamber communicates besides gas conduit with liquid subject to metering and second chamber is gas-impenetrable with the exception of gas conduit. Volume of second chamber grows to supply liquid into metering device and as result of it gas flows there from first chamber and liquid subject to metering in its turn comes into first chamber till pressure balance is set between chambers. In agreement with invention change of temperature of gas flowing from first chamber into second one is measured and change of volume of second chamber is subjected to correction on the basis of measured change of temperature so that required quantity of liquid goes into first chamber. Temperature-sensitive element to measure temperature is mounted in close proximity to gas conduit in second chamber, in addition it is also possible to install temperature-sensitive element in first chamber. EFFECT: increased accuracy of metering results. 11 cl, 3 dwg
