SUBSTANCE: composition comprises, (wt parts): dibutyl phthalate or dibutyl sebacinate, 0.002-0.015; 50% aqueous polyvinyl acetate dispersion, 0.04-0.1; starch, 0.1-0.18; water to working viscosity. Second variant of composition, wt parts: dibutyl phthalate, 0.002-0.015; 50% aqueous dispersion, 0.04-0.1; drying oil or flaxseed oil, 0.006-0.012; surfactant, 0.0008-0.0012; white spirit, 0.009-0.016; and water to working viscosity.
