SUBSTANCE: proposed device has working member in form of at least one wheel-roll 3a installed on frame and provided with rigid ridges, wheel-roll being installed for rotation on cantilever. Working member has drive ensuring its rotation in horizontal plane. Frame is coupled with self-propelled vehicle 2 and it has ballast weight 11 installed for movement along frame. Working member can be furnished with four wheels-rolls. Cantilever has trunnion positively turnable in horizontal plane for carrying wheel-roll. EFFECT: increased efficiency and capacity. 2 cl, 2 dwg
