SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machines for splitting off ice and compacted snow from roads and road surfaces. Device for cleaning road surfaces of ice and snow contains a frame that is attached to a vehicle, a load mounted for movement, a wheel with destructive elements on an outer circumference. Frame is made U-shaped, a rear end of the frame is pivotally attached to the vehicle, and from top the frame is attached to the vehicle with the help of a hydraulic lift cylinder. From the inside, one end of a beam is attached to the frame by means of a hinge, at the other end of which a load is installed, connected to a position control mechanism and connected to a hydraulic system of the vehicle. High pressure hoses are installed inside the frame and on both sides of the beam, which are separated by gaskets from the internal surfaces of the frame and from the beam. Wheel is attached to the beam using sliding bearings. Hydraulic motor is mounted on the frame, which is connected via a shaft with a vibration pulse generator, to which a first throttle is connected, connected by pipelines with high-pressure hoses. In this case, the hydraulic motor is connected to the hydraulic system of the vehicle, and a hydraulic accumulator is connected through pipelines with high-pressure hoses through a second throttle and through a valve is connected to the hydraulic system of the vehicle.

EFFECT: technical result of the invention is to improve the quality of ice and snow removal and provide the ability to adjust the speed of cleaning.
