FIELD: hot water supply. SUBSTANCE: invention can find use in measurement of volumetric and mass flow rate of steam. Process consists in generation of ultrasound in range of 475-575 kHz. Difference of frequencies of generated and reflected signals with allowance for temperature of heat transfer agent on which density of saturated steam depends is converted into mass flow rate. EFFECT: increased measurement accuracy thanks to prevention of resonance. 1 dwg
