FIELD: agriculture, in particular, marking of fields into rows for sowing by hand-held (or powered) precise drills in nurseries at first and second stages of selection works. SUBSTANCE: method involves providing plots with parallel sowing and marker furrows for driving seeding unit upon its previous pass; driving seeding unit by following one of two marker furrows, which are positioned at both sides of each plot, with marker furrows being deeper than seeding furrows and both kinds of furrows having identical shape.
