FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying primary and repeated X-ray examination after administering medicamentous therapy. Additional ultraviolet irradiation of auto blood in the amount of 1-2 ml/kg of body weight in one procedure is carried out. Radiation of 254 nm wavelength is applied at a dose of 25-30 J/m2. After applying ultraviolet irradiation of auto blood, X-ray picture changes are interpreted as nonspecific lung disease in cases of resolved infiltrate, and as pulmonary tuberculosis in cases of perifocal infiltrate only being resolved. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of the method; accelerated diagnosis procedure.
