SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with differential diagnostics of out-patient pneumonia at chronic flow and infiltrative open tuberculosis in patients with connective tissue dysplasia (CTD): one should study the values for connective tissue metabolism - hydroxyproline (HP) and glycosaminoglycanes (GAG) and at HP values ranged 110-200 mg/d, GAG ranged 10-15 mM/l one should diagnose typical flow of out-patient pneumonia, at HP values ranged 200-260 mg/d, GAG ranged 16-21 mM/l - chronic flow of out-patient pneumonia, and at HP 260-330 mg/d , GAG ranged 22-24 mM/l - infiltrative open tuberculosis.
EFFECT: higher accuracy of differential diagnostics.
