FIELD: physical development of individual. SUBSTANCE: method involves moving body in space and periodically changing body position while individual is moving on roller supports or is sliding by changing number and/or location of support points. Roller or slider supports are fixed to at least four limbs of human body. Supports may be further attached to individual's back, head and other parts of body. Number of supports on each limb may be different and they may be fixed in the vicinity of foot, knee, wrist or elbow joint. Set of supporting members may include skate-type members (normally used skates or roller skates), as well as ski-type or roller ski-type members of different size.
