FIELD: sports and medicine. SUBSTANCE: exerciser has sections which may be attached to individual's head, body and pelvis parts. These sections are secured on related longitudinal shafts for independent rotation one relative the other. Each section may be independently fixed in angular position relative to other sections. Sections are provided with weights, each of inertia, pendulum-type and equipped with device for regulating the moment of inertia. Exerciser is further provided with devices for changing angle between longitudinal shafts of each section and regulating section spacing.
