MULTIBLADE SHAVER CARTRIDGE Russian patent published in 1999 - IPC

FIELD: shaving in domestic condition. SUBSTANCE: cartridge includes rigid housing with members for outer fastening and cutting blades mounted on housing in parallel-successive order. Cartridge is provided with one or several permanent magnets mounted in sides opposite relative to cutting edges of blades. Symmetry plane of magnetic field of permanent magnets coincides with lengthwise symmetry plane of set of cutting blades. In variant with two-magnet system symmetry planes of magnetic fields of magnets coincide with lengthwise symmetry planes of cutting blades. Magnets preferably have mutually opposite polarities. Cartridge has plate-type magnetic circuit for system with one magnet and different magnetic circuits for system with two magnets. Magnetic circuits are secured to rear side ( relative to cutting blades) of each permanent magnet. EFFECT: improved design providing increased strength of cutting blades, enhanced quality and reliability of shaving, elimination of wounds of face skin at using new cartridges. 3 cl, 2 dwg
