SUBSTANCE: blade assembly (16) of a razor set comprises a body (20) with a primary protective element (22) in the front part of the body, and a primary cover (24) on the upper surface in the rear part of the body. One or more primary shaving blades are arranged between the primary protective element and the primary cover. A trimming blade (44) is installed in the rear part of the body and has a cutting edge (60). In the rear part of the body there is a comb-shaped protective element (46) of the trimming blade, which has multiple ledges (68) along the length of the comb-shaped protective element, forming multiple open cuts (74), stretching in general perpendicularly to the cutting edge. Open cuts have minimum width from approximately 0.20 mm to approximately 0.49 mm to ensure free passage of hair through them in process of shaving.

EFFECT: invention provides for efficient cutting of long hair.
