FIELD: chemical industry. SUBSTANCE: higher yield of liquid fraction of C5+ hydrocarbons is achieved by catalytically processing mixture of CO,CO2 и H2 in two stages so that in first stage original stock is made to contact with catalyst consisting of ZSM-5 type zeolite and metal oxide component comprising, wt %: CuO, 38-64; ZnO, 24-34; Cr2O3, 0-22; Al2O3, 6-9 mixed at weight ratio of 20-50/80-50. After first stage reactor, gas stream is directed without separation to second stage where during contact with catalyst consisting of ZSM-5 type zeolite and metal oxide component comprising, wt %: ZnO, 65-70; Cr2O3 29-34 and W2O5, 1 mixed at ratio of 30-99/70-1, there occurs conversion of dimethyl ether and synthesis gas components into gasoline fraction, gaseous hydrocarbons and aqueous fraction.
