SUBSTANCE: described is adhesive composition comprising soluble glass, quarts containing component and organic additive, and talc, ratios of components being as follows, wt %: soluble glass, 45-55; quartz-containing component, 20-50; talc, 10-20; and organosilicon liquid, 0.1-5.0. Organic additive is organosilicon liquid. Said ratios of components increase strength and water resistance of adhesive joint due to formation of insoluble water-repellent film on filler surface.
