FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: adhesive compositions (versions thereof) contain amorphous silica with dispersion of 1-5 mcm, 1-200 mcm, silica-containing aggregate with SiO2 content not less than 60%. In one version, the aggregate can be sand. In another version, the aggregate is granite powder. In one version, the adhesive composition contains sodium silicofluoride and possibly a plasticiser. In other versions, the composition contains an alkali-containing component in form of a hydrate of sodium oxide or caustic soda. All compositions are hardened with water. One of the versions of the adhesive composition uses silica-containing binder with initial density of 1.5-1.7 g/cm3, which is increased to 1.34-1.36 g/cm3.

EFFECT: obtaining compositions which are insoluble in water, are water resistant, alkali- and acid-resistant and have good strength properties.
