FIELD: petroleum processing. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to bitumen coating-impregnating compositions, preferably those for production of continuous coating materials. High- plasticity bitumen consists of oxidized product, in particular, oxidized bitumen with softening temperature (by ring-and-ball technique) 125 to 130 C and needle penetration depth (25 C, 0.1 mm) 3-4 mm. Such bitumen is prepared by oxidation of goudron when processing high-tarry low-paraffin petroleum. High-plasticity bitumen additionally contains straight-run product (20-25 wt %): fraction of low-freezing vacuum gas oil with kinematic viscosity at 50 C no lower than 50 sq.mm/s, freezing temperature no higher than 25 C from the same petroleum. The two constituents are compounded for 30 min at 150-170 C. EFFECT: increased frost resistance and deformability. 3 tbl
