FIELD: oil and gas production.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to procedure of bitumen production consisting in vacuum distillation of black oil and in producing loaded tar at residual pressure at top of column 30-50 mm of m.c, in mixing produced loaded tar with raw material organic additives corresponding to concentrated of poly-aromatic hydrocarbons included into composition of oil processing products at ratio from 80:20 to 98:2, in oxidisation of produced mixture with air oxygen at temperature 230-270°C till production of oxidised product is characterised with depth penetration of a needle at 25°C to 35-45-0.1 mm. Also, oxidised product is compounded with distillate extract of oil selective purification at ratio from 95:5 to 99:1 till commodity bitumen is produced with depth of needle penetration at 25°C 40-200·0.1 mm.
EFFECT: production of bitumen with upgraded operational characteristics, especially after heating.
