SUBSTANCE: device has coaxially arranged central fuel-injection nozzle, air duct with an axial swirler and an annular deflector at the outlet, air- fuel duct with a fuel feed device in the area of its inlet and swirler, and an external duct with air supply. The swirler of the air-fuel duct is installed at its inlet. The external duct in the area of its inlet is furnished with a fuel-feed device. The outlet of the external duct is connected to the outlet of the air-fuel duct through holes.
