FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves determining antituberculous antibodies level changes in time in bronchoalveolar lavage liquid from injured segment under conditions of provocative tuberculin test applied. Antibody number is determined before and in 48 h after subcutaneously injecting tuberculin to the testee. Antibody level being reduced by 45% or more or increased by 150%, pulmonary tuberculosis is to be diagnosed. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness and specificity of the method.
