SUBSTANCE: device has actuating mechanism, which has housing, perforated insertion, mobile shutter, wall, which is located at gas outlet, and grid member, which is mounted in chamber, which is shaped by housing, insertion and wall. Said three-dimensional grid member is made from metal wire, which diameter is located 0.3 mm. Filling rate of chamber with wire of grid is not less than 0.04. Gas permeable wall is made from separate rods which are bent towards gas flow direction. EFFECT: decreased noise level upon gas pressure drop. 2 cl, 1 dwg
