SUBSTANCE: method involves organization of new modes of operation ensuring low-frequency modulation and eliminating passage of output signal. Master oscillator is made in the form of positive-feedback programmable delay line. Digital swept- signal generator has master oscillator, two controlled frequency dividers, reversing counter, first reversing counter, differentiating circuit, counter, four digital comparators, multiplexer, complementing flip-flop, three AND circuits, RS flip-flop, constants memory, and power amplifier.
