FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: in flexible heating element, containing resistive layer in the form of conducting fabric from complex electroconductive polymerous filaments, located in parallel to marginal electrodes and implemented in the form of strips on the basis of conducting fabric, carry over from each other by massif from insulating filaments in area of which there are located intermediate electrodes, herewith as marginal, as and intermediate electrodes are insulated from strips from complex electroconductive polymeric filaments by insulating filaments, and by filler of conducting fabric, perpendicularly to complex electroconductive polymeric filaments, there are spread evenly current-distributive and additional electrodes, intersecting to complex electroconductive polymeric filaments, insulated and metallised electrodes' filaments of the basis of conducting fabric, herewith electrical insulating layers are implemented on the basis of polymeric thermosetting binding agent- epoxy or epoxy-carbolic type, according to invention, in flexible heating element electrical insulating layers from hardly-combustible glass-fibre plastic are implemented on the basis of binding agent, containing epoxy-phenolic resin, amino-formaldehyde resin, tetra-bromine diphenylol propane and alcohol-acetone mixture at particular correlation. Resistive layers are implemented on the basis of conducting fabric, which in basis contains heat dissipating strips from complex filaments, and by filler additional and current-distributing electrodes from tinsel filaments.
EFFECT: textile structure of resistive layer provides stability of temperature field of working area of resistive layer of flexible heating element, low cost price and high reliability on-stream of products.
