FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves limiting patient liquid consumption. Passive orthostatic position under 45-50 deg is prescribed to be kept by the patient 2-3 times a day for 20-30 min during several days. The treatments repeated under ultrasonic control until concrements enter intramural region of the ureter. Then, water is administered per os at a dose of 20-25 mg/kg. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment without drug administration; excluded renal colic recurrence and other kinds of complications.
