FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: patient takes a bischofite bath of the concentration of 27 g/l, temperature 37-38°C for 10-12 min with underlying water load. That is followed by an exposure to polarised light from sides of abdomen, lumbus in a projection of an ureter. Wave length is 350-750 nm; gap is 15 cm; power is 40 mWt/cm2; exposure length is 6 minutes per each field. Multichannel electric stimulation with bipolar pulse currents follows. Electrodes are placed in the same areas. Frequency is from 20 to 120 Hz; pulse train and pause are of 2 s; current intensity is such to provide moderate muscle contraction under the electrode; exposure length is 15-20 min. The therapeutic course makes 1-5 combined daily procedures.
EFFECT: method enables providing the higher clinical effectiveness in the patients ensured by the physiotherapeutic exposure having the spasmolytic, anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect.
