FIELD: medical engineering, particularly, physiotherapeutic devices. SUBSTANCE: device has recess on face of bushing in which source of ultrasonic oscillations in the form of ceramic plate with current leads is secured. Current leads are connected to control unit, thus forming monoblock. Thermoelectric element is positioned in casing between bushing and radiator. Device is additionally provided with fan. Several small vent holes are positioned on side surface of casing. Their area is equal to that of one large vent hole located on casing face opposite to recess of bushing. Control unit is connected to thermoelectric element and fan to form control signals. Device provides for simultaneous cold and ultrasonic effects. Device may be used in acute phase of inflammatory process. EFFECT: higher efficiency of treatment. 2 dwg
