FIELD: sports and medical equipment. SUBSTANCE: exerciser has deflecting device mounted on housing of electromagnetic loader so as to be repositioned circumferentially of housing and fixed on it. Driving member is made in the form rope which is passed through deflecting device. Rope ends are inserted into loader and stretched on holder. Platform is made in the form of movable stand. Pair of loaders may be arranged in front part of platform in symmetry with its longitudinal axis. Exerciser may be equipped with guide pivotally fixed with its lower end on front part of stand along its longitudinal axis for rotation in vertical plane. Pedal-type carriage is mounted in mid portion of guide and provided with pair of movable connecting rods with pedals. Connecting rods are positioned axially of carriage at an angle of 180 or 360 deg one relative to the other. Exerciser is further provided with bar carrying bushings mounted in carriage mid portions for movement along bar. Deflecting rollers are mounted on bushings.
