SUBSTANCE: laser treatment head includes housing, lens holding nozzle mounted in housing and gas distributor for introducing gas near focusing lens hold in housing. Gas distributor includes a large number of inclined gas distributing grooves for creating swirling gas flow directed from lens surface towards nozzle outlet.
