FIELD: pharmacy.
SUBSTANCE: device for fluid flow direction to the multiple surfaces in the oral cavity of a mammal, the said device comprises a handle, a head, two liquid keeping distributors and two ports for fluid supply. The handle includes the first and the second ports for fluid retention in the said handle positioned at the proximal end of said arm, and first and second channels to transfer liquid connected to the first and the second ports at the proximal end of the handle, and extend longitudinally through the handle. The neck comprises the first and the second fluid transmission channels extending longitudinally through the neck. The head includes a cleansing component comprising a chamber for fluid keeping in the vicinity of the multiple surfaces, and the chamber is limited by proximal and distal sealing membranes, the first and the second inner side walls extending longitudinally between the said first and second sealing membranes and the main inner wall, extending horizontally between the first and the second inner side walls and longitudinally between the proximal and distal sealing membranes. The said first and second inner side walls comprise a plurality of holes. The first and the second distributors for keeping of the first and the second fluid parts and feeding into the chamber through the holes in the inner side walls. The first and the second inlet ports for the first and the second fluid parts in the first and the second distributors and/or for back drain. The head includes a hinge hole and supply distributors on its upper surface. The cleansing component includes a hinge hole, locking distributor recesses and a rotary chute on its lower surface. The pin is located between the hinge holes so that the cleansing component can be rotated around the said pin on the top surface of the head, while the supply distributors interact with of distributor locking notches to form paths for fluid inflow and outflow from the first channel and the second channel.
